People have different opinions for traffic problems but according to me the actual core reason for the cause of the traffic is the undeveloped villages, i mean villages are not on the focus of government. they do not focus on the development of villages. So because of this people of village do not have proper resource for income. so people move towards city for income. and THAT IS CREATING THE TRAFFIC. If villages would have been provided or developed simultaneously with cities then this traffic problem might not be there (I believe). Even pollution might not be there.

How many number of bridges government will build over and over and over and over ?? 
Do you think it can bring the solution for the traffic ??

WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY LOOSING 
Now a days on an average in each city each person waste minimum 10 to 20 Minutes daily in traffic.
Lets take it only 10 minutes.
if there are 20,000 people waste their 10minutes daily then it would be 20,000 * 10 = 200,000 minutes
it is 3333.33 Hours 
in days it is 138 days.
(the actual scenario is very huge beyond our imagination)

According to this daily we waste 3333.33 hours and it is 138 days wastage

If we will spend the same time with hour family or children then it is worth to spend.
If we will read something daily for the same time then it is best to increase knowledge.
If we will work on something daily for the same time then it is very good for income and some production.
If we will take rest for the same time then also it is beautiful for our relaxation.
If we will do exercise for that time then its better for our health.

Overall we waste our essential time in traffic which have no production, no result, no output for our country which affect our countries economy also.

but we intelligent people waste that time in noisy and polluted area of our cities.

Dont you think VILLAGES should be developed ? In nearby area of villages there should be resource for income (Industries) ?

અમસ્તા કોઇ વાનગી અત્યંત સ્વાદિષ્ટ બની જાય. જમનાર વ્યક્તિ પહેલો કોળિયો મોંમાં મૂકતાંની સાથે કહી દે, આજે તો ભોજનનો સ્વાદ અનેરો છે. આવા સમયે ઇચ્છવા છતાં ચહેરા પર સ્મિત તરવરી ઊઠતાં અટકાવી શકાતું નથી.
આવી સ્મૃતિઓની યાદી તો હજી લાંબી થતી જશે. પવનને લીધે બારણું ખખડવું, વૃક્ષની ડાળીઓ પર ફેલાતો તડકો, વાદળોમાં સંતાકૂકડી રમતો સૂર્ય, ગીચ-સાંકડી ગલીમાંથી જતાં ઘરની લાંબી-પહોળી ઓસરી જોવા મળે, વાતાવરણમાં દૂરથી સંભળાતા ઘંટનાદથી આપોઆપ શ્રદ્ધાથી આંખો બંધ થઇ જવી. આવી હળવાશભર્યા દૃશ્યો અચાનક તીવ્ર તડકામાં આવી ચડતી વાદળી સમાન છે. વરસાદ તો તસવીરમાં પણ રાહત પ્રદાન કરી જાય છે. માત્ર થોડું ધ્યાન આપવાની જરૂર છે. હવે તો માનશો ને કે જીવનના બળબળતા માર્ગમાં છાંયડો મળતો રહે છે.

Must-try home remedies for skin and hair

SKIN SMART 
ORANGE
Benefits: Juice, pulp or peel - all can work wonders. Orange (with natural vitamin C) rejuvenates the skin and gives it a healthy glow.
How to: Mix together 1.4 tbsp orange juice and 1tbsp yogurt. Apply this mask on your face and wash off once dry. You can also crush dry orange peel into a fine powder and mix it with yogurt to make a scrub.
WHEATGERM OIL
Benefits: This oil (available at most pharmacies) is packed with vitamins A, D, B, and antioxidants that help delay ageing and keep the skin supple and radiant.
How to: Mix 2tbsp wheatgerm oil with 2tbsp honey. Apply as a face pack and wash off once dry - instant skin boost.
SAFFRON (KESAR)
Benefits: It is packed with minerals such as copper, potassium, calcium, iron, selenium, zinc and magnesium - they all help in achieving blemish-free skin.
How to: Mix 1tsp sandalwood powder (chandan), 2-3 strands of saffron with 2tsp of milk. Apply as a face mask. Once dry, wash off with cold water. Do this once a week for radiant-looking skin.
GINSENG
Benefits: Increases skin’s collagen and prevents from age-related sagging. It also refines and hydrates the skin and diminishes dark spots.

Benefit: Rich in nutrients - prevents balding, boosts hair growth, adds shine and strengthens the shaft. 
How to: In a blender, whizz together 1 cup diced ripe papaya, 1 cup diced ripe banana, 1tbsp coconut oil and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair. Wash off after 30 minutes.
SHIKAKAI
Benefit: Stimulates hair growth and deals with dandruff. Also makes the hair soft and silky. 
How to: Mix together 4tbsp of each - shikakai powder and neem leaf powder (available at ayurvedic stores or khadi gramudyog) and yoghurt - make a thick paste and apply it on your scalp. Wash off after 30 minutes for shiny hair.
FENUGREEK SEEDS
Benefit: Counters hair fall and dandruff and promotes new growth. Also reduces dryness, conditions hair, keeps the scalp cool and treats a variety of issues such as itchiness and scaling. 
How to: Soak methi dana in water for 30 minutes and then grind it (using the same water you soaked it in) to make a smooth paste. First apply coconut oil to your scalp and hair and then apply this methi paste on your scalp. Wash off after half hour.

જીવનમાં કંઇક પામવાની ઇચ્છા રાખવી અત્યંત જરૂરી છે. ઘણા લોકો જીવનને ટાઇમ પાસની પ્રવૃત્તિની જેમ ગુજારી દેતા હોય છે જે યોગ્ય નથી. સુખ કે સંતોષ આપણી આંતરિક ભાવના છે માટે એને બહારની વસ્તુઓ કે ઘટનાઓમાં શોધવી વ્યર્થ છે. સંતોષનું પ્રથમ પગલું છે પોતાની જાત પર વિશ્વાસ રાખવો. ત્યારે શક્ય બને છે જ્યારે આપણે નબળાઇઓ પરથી દૃષ્ટિને હટાવી શક્તિ પર કેન્દ્રિત કરીએ છીએ. 
આપણો અહમ્ એક વિચાર માત્ર છે અને સુખના માર્ગમાં સૌથી મોટો અવરોધ બની જાય છે. દુનિયા એક દર્પણ જેવી છે- આપણે બદલાઇએ તો દુનિયા બદલાઇ જતી હોય છે. વિચારો જેટલા ઊંચા હોય તેટલી ઊંચાઇ પર જઇ શકાય છે. શક્યતામાં મર્યાદા આપણે પોતે નક્કી કરતા હોઇએ છીએ. સંબંધોમાં જ્યારે લાભ-નુકસાનની ગણતરી આવી જાય છે ત્યારે તણાવ વધે છે. જીવનને તણાવપૂર્ણ રાખવું કે શાંતિપૂર્ણ પણ આપણી પસંદગી છે. માફી આપવાની વૃત્તિ કેળવાય તો ભૂતકાળની દુ:ખદાયક પકડમાંથી મુક્તિ મળી શકે છે. 
જીવનમાં બનતી ઘટનાઓ વિશે ફરિયાદો ત્યારે જોવા મળતી હોય છે જ્યારે પોતાના અહમને વધારે મહત્ત્વ આપવમાં આવે. સ્થિતિઓને સ્વીકારી લેવાથી સહજતા આવી જાય છે. કોઇ પણ ક્ષેત્રમાં પ્રગતિ માટે શ્રદ્ધા સાથે પ્રથમ પગલું ભરવું પડે છે. ઉચિત સમય માટે રાહ જોવાથી ધ્યેય ભૂલી જઇને નિષ્ક્રિય બની જવાય છે. જીવનને વેઇટિંગ રૂમ બનાવો અને જે પણ નિર્ણય લીધો હોય તેનો તત્કાલ અમલ કરો. વર્તમાન ખરી વાસ્તવિકતા છે. જ્યારે આપણે વર્તમાનમાંથી નથી જીવતા ત્યારે દુ:ખનો અનુભવ થાય છે. બાળક અકારણ ખુશ રહી શકે છે કારણ કે સંપૂર્ણ રીતે વર્તમાનમાં જીવે છે. સુખને તર્કબુદ્ધિથી નથી સમજી શકાતું. આપણાં મનમાં અસંખ્ય વિચારો આવતા રહે છે અને તેમાંના ઘણાખરા નકારાત્મક હોય છે. એવી પળો પૂરો આનંદ આપણે છે જ્યાં વિચારોનો પ્રવાહ અટકી જાય જેમ કે કોઇ સુંદર પ્રાકૃતિક દૃશ્ય કે આપણને ગમતું કાર્ય. ચિંતા કોઇ પણ સમયસ્યાનો ઉકેલ નથી. દરેક ચિંતાનું મૂળ ભયમાં રહેલું છે જે માત્ર વિશ્વાસ દ્વારા દૂર થઇ શકે છે. આપણા વિચારો ખરી વાસ્તવિકતા નથી પણ આપણા દ્વારા કરાતું એનું અર્થઘટન છે. કયારેક ખોટું પણ હોઇ શકે.
