THINK HAPPY

Always remember happy and beautiful moments of past. It keeps energizing your mind and heart. and all time try to think happy about future. Remember to not react wrong on some incidents in hectic situation, think about this.

Some things are not having in our control, like Nature of others. Many times we be angry on others just because their different nature, and because they do not understand us properly.
but take it normally, its common thing. it will help protect your self from diving into stress.

Do not try to change others. try to change slightly your self if you can. It will help you a lot in your life.
Frequently do not give suggestion to others. Its not good thing. but if required then give.

AIM/GOALS are really much essential in life. but remember do not keep impossible aims/goals, many times it takes us in stressful life. Keep your goals real.

When you feel out of mood or stress then do the kind of work you like. 
i.e your hobbies, music, sketching, writing, talk  with the one you feel comfortable.

In ANY situation you can be happy, and you can be sad. most of time that is in your control.

  2. Its really true to be happy one should think happy.
    We keep looking & search for happiness here & there or waiting for the time.
    But in search of that forget those small incidents or span of time day to day life which keeps you smiling. Cherish these moments
    Take out time from your hectic daily routine spend some time with your family, dear ones , friends these will give you immense happiness.
    Most important spend time with your self go out alone just talk to your self, pamper your self do what you like you'll feel recharged.
    Pamper your self because if you are not happy no one will surrounding you.
